Anytime we need a ride either to MKG , GRR or to the Lake Express Ferry, I’ll be contacting Lakeshore Express Shuttle . Our driver, Brian, was very professional. His SUV was extremely clean and comfortable. He contacted us the day before and confirmed our pickup times.
Drove carefully in very bad weather. Took my suitcase to my door and waited for me to get inside. Perfection!
We've now used this service a couple of times a year, most recently in December, and just booked for a Feb. trip (to and from GRR airport from our driveway in Holland!) Great staff. Rick has made this a pleasant shuttle experience for us (no more asking relatives to get up early or stay up late for our flights) Hot coffee in the early morning is a plus. Very accommodating with flight arrival times changing.
Your service is impeccable and your driver, Rick, was stellar. I booked my 94-year-old mother, Nancy, to/from Holland and the GRR airport for a family wedding she attended in Texas. She travelled alone and needed wheelchair assistance. Rick cared for her as if it was his own Mom. He communicated with me in Texas, and with my Mom, all the way. Our family, and my Mom, was nervous about her travel because she hasn't been on a plane in decades. Your care made her very happy, and our entire family. Thanks so much. Danny
